§ Mr. Archie HamiltonThe cause of the false alarm at the Atomic Weapons Research Establishment at Aldermaston on Tuesday 8 November was an electrical fault in the same system which triggered the false alarm on 28 October. The alarm sounded at 7.05 am and the work force was able to enter the building at 8.07 am.
