§ Mr. RyderI assume that my hon. Friend's question relates to the European Community's surplus food scheme. There has been no change in the policy announced by the then Minister of State, my right hon. Friend the Member for Suffolk, Coastal (Mr. Gummer) in response to a question from my hon. Friend the Member for Cambridgeshire, North-East (Mr. Moss) on 21 April. Details of the eligibility criteria were also given by my right hon. Friend in response to a further question by the hon. Member for Newport, East (Mr. Hughes) on 19 July.
