§ Mr. Barry JonesTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales if, in the light of the additional moneys made available to the National Health Service in Wales, he will enable the joint purchase by the Welsh health authorities of two advanced lithotripsy machines to enable Welsh people to undergo treatment in Wales both north and south.
§ Mr. GristLithotripsy is a developing technology which is being monitored by the Department. Consideration is presently being given to proposals for the provision of a service in Wales.
