§ Mr. WaldegraveWe regularly make representations to the Soviet authorities on behalf of prisoners of conscience such as Leonid Lubman. We raised his case most recently at the official bilateral talks on human rights in Moscow on 23 June and we will continue to raise it at every appropriate opportunity until Mr. Lubman is released.
