§ Mr. LeeThe review is being undertaken on the basis of information and advice available already to my Department. This includes in particular the study of the Tomlinson principles completed by the National Advisory Council on employment of disabled people; and the conclusions of the Public Accounts Committee in its report on employment assistance to disabled adults published on 14 April 1988; and also views and information derived from the contacts maintained between my Department and those people and organisations with a particular interest in, or responsibility for, the employment of people with disabilities.
