To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what decisions he has reached on the recommendations of the Scottish Law Commission in their reports on Scottish term and quarter days (Scot Law Com No. 108) and on the legal capacity and responsibility of minors and pupils (Scot Law Com No. 110).

The Government accept the recommendations of the Scottish Law Commission for reform in these two areas of the law.
