§ Mr. Nicholas BennettTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list for each Welsh district the number of applications for regional selective assistance received, the number granted and total value awarded since 1 April.
§ Mr. Peter WalkerThe following table gives by Welsh local authority districts, wholly or partly within assisted areas, the number of regional selective assistance applications received and the number and value of offers made between 1 April and 28 October 1988. The total level of applications and offers shows an encouraging increase over the same period in 1987, an indication that the expected additional uptake of RSA following the ending of the regional development grant scheme is taking place.
