§ Mr. AtkinsIn determining the number of jobs to be provided by a project for the purposes of regional development grant, the Secretary of State takes account of all the circumstances of the case, including whether the published criteria of the scheme are met; whether remuneration is by commission or salary/wages, or both; and the rates of pay. There is no particular threshold in relation to the rates of pay.
