To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster whether any changes will be made to his Department's cash limit for 1988–89 for Class V, Vote 8.

§ Mr. Maude
Subject to parliamentary approval of the necessary revised estimates, the cash limit for Class V, Vote 8 (expenses related to the privatisation of the British Steel Corporation) will be reduced by £1,199,000 leaving a token provision of £1,000.
