§ Mr. NeedhamAs my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary for Northern Ireland told the House on 28 April the Government are considering what additional steps, in which the private sector must have a major role, could be taken to strengthen economic activity in west Belfast. However, the biggest single boost to job creation would come from a renunciation of violence.
