§ Mr. CopeThe Training Commission (formerly the Manpower Services Commission) is currently in the process of determining the distribution of training places and supplementary grants to its areas. I expect the process to be completed shortly. The grants are intended to meet the higher costs of training provision associated with a wide variety of need, including the special need of the inner cities.
