§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonProceedings in Scotland in relation to Anthony Cavendish's book "Inside Intelligence" have been brought by the Lord Advocate on behalf of the Government. Those proceedings have not been concluded and in these circumstances it would be inappropriate for any estimate to be made as to the current cost of the pursual of the proceedings. My right hon. and learned Friend therefore does not intend to make any statement in relation to the matter.
