§ Mr. FreemanOver the past nine years RAF Leuchars has undergone a major redevelopment programme to equip the station for its role as a Tornado F3 base. To date some £60 million has been expended on works services, of which approximately £28 million is expected to be contributed by other members of NATO through the NATO infrastructure fund.
