(2) whether he has any plans to improve staffing levels, conditions of services, and career prospects for staff in pre-five services.
§ Mr. Michael ForsythStaffing levels in pre-fives services and the conditions of service, career prospects and training of staff who work in them are matters for regional and islands councils to decide.
