Friend is considering information and views provided by Llanelli borough council, the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds, the Nature Conservancy Council and other interested people and organisations, following requests that he revoke a deemed planning permission for a road across Pembrey salt marsh. He will give his decision as quickly as possible.
