§ Ms. MowlamTo ask the Secretary of State for Employment if he will make a statement on the principal achievements of the Open Tech project since its inception: what is the current operating status of the project, and if he will give the following details of the activities of Open Tech to date:(a) the total cost to the Government, (b) the total contribution by (i) employers, (ii) local authorities and (iii) other organisations towards the costs; and (c) the number of students and trainees enrolled per year broken down by region, employer, local authority, other organisation, employment status, gender whether disabled, racial origin, and subject studied.
