§ Mr. David MitchellVarious possibilities for developing railway facilities from north-east London to Docklands are being considered by London Regional Transport in conjunction with the London Docklands Development Corporation and British Rail as part of a study of a public transport strategy for Docklands. Any proposals made will take into account the implications for the rest of the public transport network and the work being done in the Central London rail study, in which the Department is participating with London Regional Transport and British Rail.
