§ Mr. MaudeThree new members have been appointed today. They are:
- Mrs. Teresa Graham — Senior Manager with Price Waterhouse.
- Mr. Stephen Moss—Director, Grosvenor Securities Ltd. and Drakes Restaurant
- Mr. Tom O'Connor—Chairman, Elta Plastics Ltd.
The existing membership of the advisory panel on deregulation is as follows:
- Mr. Brian Adgey — Managing Director, James Anderson Ltd.
- Mr. Brian Crack — Managing Director, Merricks Sico Ltd.
- Mr. Colin Dauris — Chairman and Managing Director, James Dauris and Co. Ltd.

The advisory panel has made a useful contribution to the enterprise and deregulation unit's work by advising it on the impact of regulatory requirements on business and enterprise development. I recently met members of the advisory panel and I should like to express my gratitude to them for all their work. These new appointments will help to ensure their continuing effectiveness as a source of valuable advice.
