§ Mr. MoynihanThis subject is already under discussion internationally and the United Kingdom is playing a full and constructive part. Adequate guidance for countries wishing to control this area has already been published by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development ("Recombinant DNA Safety Considerations"; OECD Paris 1986). No further action is currently contemplated by the Government.
