§ Mr. Douglas HoggI understand from the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis that to 5 May 1988 the force had received £1,490 in fees for access to personal records under the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1984.
§ Mr. Chris SmithTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what revenue has been received by his Department since 11 November 1987 from the payment of fees for subject access to personal records, pursuant to the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1984.
§ Mr. RentonDuring the period 11 November 1987 to 6 May 1988 the Department received £127.50 in fees for subject access to personal records under the provisons of the Data Protection Act 1984.
§ Mr. Chris SmithTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what information he has as to how many applications under the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1984 for subject access to personal records held by the Metropolitan police have been received since 11 November 1987.
