§ Mr. Chris PattenOur aid programme is welcomed and highly regarded by the Government of Mozambique. Aid from Britain and other donors in support of the Government's economic reform programme has been a factor in Mozambique's estimated 4 per cent. growth in GDP in 1987 and in helping Mozambique to limit the worst effects of the emergency.
