§ Mr. Chris PattenI have no current plans to make a further visit to Ehiopia. I had hoped to do so last month, but the Ethiopian Government told me that this would not be convenient at present. They expressed the hope, which I share, that I would be able to visit at a mutually convenient time in the future.
