§ Mr. Chris PattenWe are extremely concerned about the disruption of relief operations in Eritrea and Tigré as a result of the recent intensification of civil conflict and the Ethiopian Government's decision that most expatriate relief personnel must leave these regions. Our objective remains to provide humanitarian relief to the hungry, regardless of where they are.
