To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what was the total cost to public funds of the seminar arranged by the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State at the Scottish Office, the hon. Member for Stirling (Mr. Forsyth) and held on 2 October 1987, dealing with privatisation in the National Health Service in Scotland.
