To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, pursuant to his reply to the hon. Member for Meirionnydd Nant Conwy,Official Report, 25 March, column 242, if he will now make it his policy, in the light of the 18-year prison sentence passed on Mordecai Vanunu on 27 March, to make representations to the Israeli Government for a reduction in sentence on human rights grounds.
