To ask the Secretary of State for Employment what he is doing to promote the image of the catering industry among tourists.

We are assisting the industry to maintain and improve standards of professionalism and service through the tourism training initiative, the work of the Manpower Services Commission and the work of the statutory training and tourist bodies.
