§ Mr. ChannonI am pleased to announce that a contract has been awarded to A. F. Budge (Contractors) Ltd. of Retford for £31.5 million. This represents a saving of £3.5 million (10 per cent.) over the original tenders received in September 1987.
Work is planned to start on 18 April and take about two and a half years.
