To ask the Secretary of State for Transport how many air flights were delayed by up to(a) one hour, (b) three hours, (c) six hours and (d) 12 hours within the period of 12 months for which records are available at the following airports: (a) Heathrow, (b) Gatwick, (c) Stansted, (d) East Midlands, (e) Manchester, and (f) Leeds/Bradford.
