§ Dr. MawhinneyWe shall not be introducing any specific monitoring procedures. The high minimum rates set by wages councils for young people in relation to often more experienced adult workers are prejudicial to their employment prospects and the effects of the Wages (Northern Ireland) Order can only be beneficial to young people.
