To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland when he intends to announce the first environmentally sensitive areas in Northern Ireland.

I am pleased to say that my noble Friend, Lord Lye11, announced the formal designation of the Mourne Mountains and Slieve Croob environmentally sensitive area on Monday 21 March.
