To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) what is the estimated value of payments to be made to private nursing homes in East Antrim for this financial year in respect of residents supported by public funds;

(2) what is the estimated cost of financial assistance for residents in private nursing homes in East Antrim 1988–89.
