To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if there has been any slippage in the timing of the announcement of the placing of a contract for a floating jetty for the RNAD, Coulport; and if he will make a statement.

§ Mr. Chope
The tendering period has been extended by six weeks at the request of the tenderers. A decision on the placing of a contract is expected in the late summer.
