§ Mr. Ron DaviesTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales what environmental guidance he will be giving to the Forestry Commission concerning grant approval for new forestry planting in the uplands of Wales; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. Peter WalkerThe existing consultation arrangements, the effectiveness of which will be enhanced by the proposed new grant regime, will continue to balance the environmental and forestry planting objectives in the upland areas of Wales.
