§ Mr. DunnMy right hon. Friend encourages local education authorities to make the maximum use of the school accommodation available to them and, where places are surplus to requirements, to take them out of use. The Government's proposals for more open enrolment are designed to ensure that no child is refused admission to a school which has places available.
