HC Deb 15 March 1988 vol 129 c529W
20. Mr. Nellist

To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Science what representations his Department has received about the educational effects of the proposed closure of the School of Physiotherapy, Coventry, and its relations with Coventry polytechnic; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. Jackson

None. The working group which envisaged the discontinuation of physiotherapy training at Coventry polytechnic was established by the West Midlands regional health authority. I understand that the authority has yet to consider the working group's report.
