To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he has issued any recent guidelines to rent officers for assessing fair rents.

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what information he has on the level of fair rents being set by the rent officer in Mid Glamorgan.

Levels of rent on individual dwellings are not held centrally, but the mean registered rents for the private sector and housing associations are published in "Welsh Housing Statistics." The latest figures for Mid Glamorgan based on cases dealt with by rent officers are as follows:
