(2) if he will place in (a) the Library and (b) his Department's library a transcript of his interview on "A Week in Politics" broadcast on Channel 4 on 2 March.

Dr. ThomasTo ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will seek to obtain for his Departmental library a copy of the transcript of the interview given by the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation General Secretary, Lord Carrington, to the BBC Radio Four "The World Tonight" programme concerning the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation summit on 3 March.
§ Mr. Ian StewartThe library of the Ministry of Defence seeks to obtain all publications relevant to the working needs and interests of the Department where such material can be satisfactorily published on the open market. Transcripts of programmes transmitted by the BBC are deposited with the BBC written archives centre and are not normally available on the open market.
