To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if the redevelopment package for Totland Close, Prospect Estate, Rushmoor, will be allowed capital expenditure within Rushmoor's housing investment programme allocation; and if it will be subject to the current programme for 1988–89 or subsequent years.

Mrs Roe

Rushmoor borough council has the sole responsibility for decisions on local housing matters of this kind.
