Dr. ThomasTo ask the Secretary of State for Energy if any draft contracts between British Nuclear Fuels Ltd. and OKG Aktiebolag in Sweden have been notified to the European Commission under article 103 of the Euratom treaty.
§ Mr. Michael SpicerI am advised that these contracts do not fall within the scope of article 103 of the Euratom treaty. They were notified under article 105 upon the United Kingdom's accession to the European Communities in January 1973.
