§ Mr. Rifkind[holding answer 4 March 1988]: The return of my office and that of certain of my ministerial colleagues to St. Andrew's House requires certain structural adaptations and improvements to the ministerial accommodation in the building. The total cost is likely to be of the order of £150,000 including VAT and contingencies.
