§ Mr. Needham[holding answer 7 March 1988]: There have been three major surveys carried out since 1970, in 1974, 1979 and 1984. The Housing Executive is also working on a mini house condition survey for 1987, which is a mid-term analysis survey. The results are due in report form by the end of 1988.
