§ Mr. Peter BottomleyI refer my hon. Friend to the answer given by my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Trade and Industry on 3 March. The Department of Transport has a particular interest in proposals covering the transport of goods and passengers by road, vehicle emissions and vehicle type approval, air transport, maritime transport, and inland waterways transport.
