§ Mr. MacGregorThe recent focus of discussions in the Council on the review has been upon stabilisers for sheepmeat and other CAP regimes. Now that these have been agreed, I expect that further work will resume on the basis of the Commission's proposals of October 1987. The issues at stake are undoubtedly difficult and complex, and so it is not possible at this stage to say what conclusions will be reached.
