§ Mr. RidleyI refer my hon. Friend to the answer given by the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster today. My Department has a particular interest in proposals covering free trade in construction products, as removal of barriers created by national standards will open up Community markets to United Kingdom exporters. PSA will welcome equality of opportunity for contractors competing for public works and supplies contracts.
