To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) what proportion of four-year-olds in Northern Ireland avails itself of(a) nursery education, (b) primary school education and (c) pre-school playgroup provision;

(2) what proportion of three-year-olds in Northern Ireland avails itself of (a) nursery education, (b) primary school education and (c) pre-school playgroup provision.
