How many appeals against refusal of listed building consent, and in which cases, have been 1584WA allowed by the Secretary of State for the Environment in the last five years:—
- (a) in accordance with the advice of his inspector; and
- (b) against the advice of his inspector; and in the cases under (b) what advice he obtained, and who from, which led him to disregard the inspector's advice.
