When the new arrangements to provide boards of visitors with advice from justices' clerks will come into operation, and whether these arrangements will involve the presence of a clerk at all adjudications by boards of visitors.
Earl FerrersIt is our intention that a qualified clerk should be present at all adjudications by boards of visitors. We do not have a firm date yet for implementation of these new arrangements but we hope to be in a position to proceed in the first half of next year.
