Dr. ThomasTo ask the Secretary of State for Energy (1) whether the conditions permitting the export of plutonium from Sellafield to Japan have been met in full; and what total quantity of plutonium is expected to be involved in the contract;
(2) whether the agreement to export plutonium to Japan from Sellafield will be reviewed in the event of Japan's fast breeder reactor programme being cut back.
