§ Mr. NichollsThe inspector visited Penlee quarry, not to carry out a routine inspection of the site, but to investigate a specific complaint from the public. The investigation took approximately three hours, was restricted to the extensive stockpiling areas and did not include the preparation plant area where the conveyors are sited.
