§ Mr. Barry JonesTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales (1) if he will meet Clwyd county councillors to discuss the Caergwrle bypass;
(2)if he will meet Caergwrle residents who oppose the Caergwrle bypass green route;
(3)if he will establish a public inquiry into the proposals for a Caergwrle bypass; and if he will make a statement;
(4)if he will give financial assistance to Caergwrle, Clwyd, residents who seek to oppose the Caergwrle bypass green route.
